The purchasing and delivery service experience is very good but my recent experience is that this level of service stops should you return a book. I recently returned a book with a condition description of "very good", which it certainly was not. Book cover was dirty, the first page was ripped out, the book smelled damp with pages beginning to stick together. Several days later, I am still "jumping through hoops" responding to repeated requests for the same information. It looks as though I will give up and WoB will be able to sell the same book twice.

I ordered the book June 28th and just received it July 20th. This is too long of a ship time for book club readers.
